Over the last few weeks with the weather changing, I think I am experiencing a certain sense of withdrawal, not quite a depression, but just feeling down and out and with the pressure of being exposed to COVID and not knowing what the future will look like. When I think about how many months have passed by without physically seeing staff members and students, it makes me extremely sad.

In times like these, I search for a bible plan that will help me get out of my funk and remind me of how gracious God is to us. While I was reading a plan for anxiety, the scripture that touched me the most was:

Isaiah 41:10 ESV

Fear not, for I am with you;

be not dismayed, for I am your God;

I will strengthen you, I will help you,

I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Even today, typing and reading the scripture gives me a sense a joy and lets me know that everything will be okay and that I am not alone. God is always with you and will guide you through whatever you are going through.

Remember, you are NEVER alone even in tough times such as these!!! BE BLESSED
