she/her/hers
Rachel Leiken is the Associate Jewish Chaplain at the Slifka Center for Jewish Life at Yale, where she supports students in their journeys through college and life. Prior to this role, she worked as a multifaith organizer at Harvard's Memorial Church and a labor organizer in Boston. Rachel received her Masters of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, where she studied college and university chaplaincy and focused on embodied theology at the intersections of religion and justice work. Rachel is originally from Southern California, so when it's nice out you'll find her basking in the sun. She loves coffee, swimming, and word games and lives with her partner, Ana, and their corgi Addie.
