The Rev. Alison (“Ali”) Donohue is an Episcopal priest currently servng as Chaplain of the Episcopal Church at Yale. Ali came to us from the Episcopal Diocese of Hawaiʻi where she taught church history and theology in Waiolaihuiʻia, the local ordination program, and served as associate priest at St. John’s in Kula. She has served as school chaplain and retreat director, and was the founding director of a faith-based leadership program for young adults in Manhattan that has since spread to seven other U.S. cities. She has won grants to work and study in Kenya, South Africa, Jerusalem, Malaysia and Singapore. She earned her Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School where she met her wife, the Rev. Kerith Harding, also an Episcopal priest. Throughout her ministry, Ali has specialized in helping others deepen their faith, develop sound discernment skills, and strengthen their innate leadership gifts.
Ali loves to travel, go on prayer hikes with her dog, read, watch baseball and ride her bike. She has two active kindergarteners who daily conspire to prevent much of that from happening. Ali lives just a few miles from campus and would love to meet you for coffee or a walk with her dog. Please be in touch.
