Free yoga in Battell Chapel
The Chaplain's Office offers free hatha yoga classes for students. They are taught by Nat DeLuca, a certified Integral Yoga instructor. Hatha yoga is excellent for stress reduction, increased ability to focus, and nurturing one's well being. Hatha Yoga is an appropriate complement to many people's religious and spiritual beliefs and practices. If you'd like to speak to Nat or one of the Chaplains about how yoga may or may not be an appropriate addition to your spiritual life, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Classes included chanting, pranayama, asanas, deep relaxation, and meditation. Mats and blankets are provided. Please wear loose fitting, modest clothing.
You may contact email@example.com with any questions.
